Who is responsible for the data
Eleware AB is the controller of the personal data you provide on this website. You can reach us at kontakt@eleware.se.
What data we collect
When you send a demo request we save what you fill in:
- name
- company or organization
- email address
- phone number, if you provide it
- the time of the request
The website uses no tracking cookies and no third-party tools for statistics or advertising. The film and images are loaded from our own servers.
Why we process it
We use the data to answer your request and book a demo. We do not use it for anything else and do not disclose it to other companies for their own purposes.
How it is handled
The data is sent to us as an email and saved in a log on our servers in Sweden. Only authorized staff at our company have access to it.
How long we keep it
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and any continued contact, and for 12 months at most. After that it is deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction or erasure of your data, and to object to the processing. Write to kontakt@eleware.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
